After more than 10 years of teaching in Danish -

This is my first time offering my work in English, and this first group will be the founding members of this new chapter.

It’s a small, guided group experience designed for depth, support, and real change in the body

— not mass learning.

The Method: Activations

I'll guide you through a simple somatic sequence of activations, that will help you reset your body.

Activations guide the muscles to work as they are designed to, and when that happens everything else can finally let go.

You will be able to connect to a strength in you, that makes movement feel easy, and brings peace in both mind and body.
